Ice Sculptures & Clowns - Keystone Ski Resort for Presidents Day Weekend - Feb 15, 2013

7 ratings | 250 views
Here for a week of skiing in Keystone, Colorado, USA, near Vail & saw these guys making an ice sculpture tribute for Presidents Day. The highest ski run here is at 12,000 feet .... it takes a day or two to acclimatize to the thin air at that altitude. We felt a little light headed, a bit dizzy, & easily got out of breath ... even a slight feeling of nausea, all of which passed by the 3rd day. The condo we're staying at, in Keystone Ski Resort at the base of the mountain is at 9,350 feet.
