O Set Analysis modifica o contexto somente da expressão que ele foi usado. Sendo assim, outras expressões sem o Set continuam com o contexto padrão, seleção atual ou o estado de grupo atual.

In this video we will introduce the topic of qlikview set analysis. So far you have seen that you can do quite a lot with QlikView without ever having to think about set analysis. So why and where would you use set analysis? Set analysis is used with aggregation functions ie: functions do something to a set of fields. For example a function might add up the total of a set of numbers, this would be the sum() function. Currently QlikView has been using the current selection to decide what is included in this set of numbers when you use the sum() function but you can change the set using set analysis. We will continue to use the ‘tracking your spending’ example to demonstrate how you can use set analysis. A set is defined in curly brackets {} \$ = the current selection in this example this could be one month. So the sum(Spent) expression = Sum( {\$} Spent) Want to learn QlikView or Qlik Sense from a Book ? https://www.amazon.com/Mark-ODonovan/e/B007QUFRQY
