Wondering how to track down that bright orange Shutterfly package?
You can find out where your purchase order is from different locations on our site.
1) If you placed your most recent order within the past 30 days, the order information will be located at top of the My Shutterfly page, with a current status and estimated arrival date.
*It may be highlighted in a blue color, for your convenience.
2) Your two most recent orders, if placed within the past 30 days, will be located in the My Orders & Account Info (near the middle of the page) on My Shutterfly. If you click on the order link itself, you’ll find the full order number, order date, amount, status, recipients, and full breakdown of the items you order.
Note: If your order was shipped, you can also click on the Track It link, which will take you to the shipper’s website.
3) If you have ordered various times over the past several months, and would like to see your entire purchase history, go back to your My Orders & Account Info section and click on the link that says All Orders. By default, the most recent orders will appear first. In the drop down menu, however, you can select older dates and orders.

There are a few different places where you can view your order history and status. If you placed an order within the past thirty days, your most recent order will be at the top of the My Shutterfly page with its current status and estimated arrival date.
Down below in the my orders and account info, your two most recent orders, if placed within the past thirty days, will be shown here with its current status and estimated time of arrival.
You can check detailed information if you click on one of your recent orders here, from the My Shutterfly page. On the order details page you can find the full order number, order date, amount, status, recipients, and a full breakdown of items orders.
Additionally, if your order was shipped, you can click on the track it link, and you'll be brought to the shipper's website to find detailed tracking status on your order, if available.
To view your entire order history, from the My Shutterfly page, click on all orders in the my order and account info section. By default, orders places within the past thirty days will be shown. To look up older orders, simply use the pull down menu and select a date range. Here you can, also, click on more details to check details on your past orders.
