How to send one email to multiple recipients BD TECH LIVE BANGLA TUTORIAL 2018

04:17
How to send one email to multiple recipients BD TECH LIVE BANGLA TUTORIAL 2018 GMAIL . Email is supposed to be a productivity tool. So why spend time filing messages, then later trying to remember where you put them? And why delete important mail just to stay within some arbitrary storage limit? Gmail makes email easy. With 2000 megabytes of free storage, you never need to throw messages away. And with a powerful built-in Google search engine, you no longer need to set up folders, file your mail, or remember where you stored your messages. Just search for what you want. You'll not only find the message you have in mind, but all the other messages that are part of the same conversation - arranged in chronological order so you can easily put everything in context. (1) The secret is search Google search is at the heart of Gmail. Fast, efficient, effective. Just type a few keywords into the search box and your message appears. You don't have to remember where you put your mail. That's our job. The secret is search (2) It's all in how you look at it With Gmail, you'll see your messages in context. If there was a reply to a message you sent or received, Gmail will automatically display it in chronological order with the original. This conversation view continues to grow as you respond and new replies arrive, making it possible for you to follow the whole back and forth discussion in one place. . (3) Never lose a message again You never know when you might need to see a message again. So why delete it? With Gmail, you can store your messages instead. A single click of your mouse moves messages out of your Inbox into a secure archive where you can quickly find them with a simple search. With 2000 megabytes of storage, you can even keep all your back issues of the Lemur Lover's newsletter. (4) Filing email is not the best use of your time Storing mail in folders with subfolders and nested sub-sub folders is not a productive way to spend your day. What's the point? With Gmail, you can find an entire email exchange organised as a conversation, just by searching for keywords that appear in any one of the emails that's part of it. If you want, you can further organise your messages by creating labels for them. . 5) Frying your spam Google continues to work on spam filters to keep unwanted messages out of your inbox. However, spammers are deviously clever and adaptive. Defeating them will require your help. If you see a spam message, use the Report Spam feature to squash it. The spam will automatically be removed from your inbox and information about it will be reported to our quality team. (6) It has ads. But only good ads. Gmail isn't a traditional webmail account. There are no pop-ups, untargeted banner ads or warnings urging you to buy more storage. Gmail, however, will often place a few highly relevant, text ads adjacent to the body of your email. You'll also see links to related web pages you might find of interest. These ads and links are displayed automatically using the same technology that powers our AdSense system, which delivers targeted ads to thousands of sites across the web. Computers scan the text on a given page, perform a mathematical analysis on it and match it to ads in our extensive database. No humans are involved in this process and no one reads your mail. You may find that hard to believe when you see how closely the ads match the topic of your message. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "new free airdrop own data token !! free ico bounty bd tech live" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sB-52Zc6M18 -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

How to disable Client Forwarding Rules To External Domains in Office 365/Exchange

08:04
Client forwarding rules is a common method for data breaches in Office 365. What they do is make every email that is received by an Office 365/Exchange mailbox get forwarded to an external party. This setting is available automatically in the Office 365 Enterprise SKUs via Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center but you can also set it up manually in EAC (Exchange Admin Center).

ABAWDs and the SNAP Time Limit: Litigation & Policy Strategies

34:27
The three-month time limit on SNAP benefits for able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs) was suspended during the Great Recession. But as unemployment rates have gone down, states have begun to reinstitute the time limit. As a result, SNAP recipients with significant barriers to work are losing this vital food assistance. Poverty law advocates across the country are working to make sure states’ implementation of the SNAP time limit is lawful. What legal handles are they using? In our April episode of the Advocacy Exchange, our monthly conversation with advocates advancing change, we talked with Andrew Hammond and MacKenzie Speer of the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law and Saima Akhtar of the Empire Justice Center about the litigation and policy tools advocates across the country are using to protect SNAP benefits for recipients who could soon face a harsh time limit. For more on this topic, be sure to read Hammond and Speer’s Clearinghouse article, "SNAP’s Time Limit: Emerging Issues in Litigation and Implementation": http://povertylaw.org/clearinghouse/article/timelimit

VOA news for Friday, January 12th, 2018

04:58
VOA news for Friday, January 12th, 2018 Thanks to http://gandalf.ddo.jp/ for audio and text From Washington, this is VOA news. I'm Anne Ball reporting. U.S. President Donald Trump will increase sanctions on Iran in the coming hours, news agencies are reporting. But he will stop short of reimposing sanctions intended to push Tehran regime to give up nuclear weapons research. The president was meeting with his national security team on the Iran question late Thursday. The administration must certify whether Iran is complying with a 2015 agreement it signed with the international community to limit its nuclear program by Friday. Earlier today, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said "The president still strongly believes this is one of the worst deals of all time.” "One of the single greatest flaws is that its restrictions leave Iran free, in the future, to openly develop their nuclear program and rapidly achieve a nuclear weapons breakout capability. Obviously, we see a big problem with that. The administration is continuing to work with Congress and with our allies to address those flaws.” Reports also say that President Donald Trump used profane language to disparage African nations in a meeting with lawmakers about a proposed bipartisan deal on immigration. That's according to two people briefed on an Oval Office meeting held Thursday. Trump made the remark after Democratic Senator Richard Durbin told Trump that under the proposal, a lottery for visas would be ended. Durbin said that in exchange, people from African countries that have benefited from the lottery would be given other access to visas. People say Trump questioned why the U.S. would want to admit more people from an expletive deleted countries. They say Trump said the U.S. should allow more immigrants from places like Norway. This is VOA news. European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said the international agreement on Iran's nuclear program is working, and while there are concerns about Iran's development of ballistic missiles and other activities in the Middle East, [there] those should be dealt with as a separate issue. "The European Union has had and expressed a very clear position on the nuclear deal, as it was stated by the 28 European Union member states' ministers, already in October last year, and repeated again today.” In Tunisia, Matthew Larotonda reports that violent demonstrators are defying threats of a crackdown. They are angry with economic hard times which include new government price hikes. Those prices hikes were aimed at tackling their deficit and foreign debts. Now Prime Minister Youssef Chahed says enough is enough. The state won't bow to violence. Some lawmakers have called for an increase to the minimum wage, but it's likelihood is unclear. There is also concern that small numbers of radical Islamists may be trying to take advantage of the crisis. The Interior Ministry says at least two have been found among those detained. More than 500 people have been arrested during the protests. U.N. Human Rights Chief Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein condemned the recent escalation of fighting in Syria. Lisa Schlein reports from Geneva. The U.N. Human Rights office says 85 civilians, mostly women and children, have been killed and at least 183 injured in the besieged city of Eastern Ghouta, a suburb of the Syrian capital Damascus. The High Commissioner's spokeswoman, Liz Throssell, tells VOA she does not know what the Syrian government and allies hope to achieve by escalating the fighting. "What we are really concerned about is the effect and the effect is a terrible upsurge in civilian casualties - the deaths and injuries - and absolute terror amongst the civilian population. There are airstrikes and ground strikes day and night and this means people are having to hide in their basements to escape, to shelter from possible attacks.” Zeid also expresses grave concern about the worsening situation in Idlib governorate. Throssell says an estimated two million civilians are at risk of getting caught in clashes between government forces, together with their allies, and an alliance of armed opposition groups. Lisa Schlein, for VOA news, Geneva. I'm Anne Ball reporting from Washington Studio 24. That's the latest world news from VOA.

Employment Law This Week® - Episode 105 - Week of February 19, 2018

04:47
Welcome to Employment Law This Week®! Subscribe to our channel for new episodes every Monday! (1) Federal Judge Rules GrubHub Driver Is Independent Contractor - http://bit.ly/2ofIg67 Our top story - A first-of-its-kind ruling on the gig economy. A California federal judge has ruled that a former GrubHub delivery driver was an independent contractor, not an employee. The judge found that the company did not have the required control over its drivers for the plaintiff to establish that he is an employee. This decision comes as companies like Uber and Lyft are also facing lawsuits that accuse them of misclassifying employees as independent contractors. Carlos Becerra, from Epstein Becker Green, has more: “The federal judge, at the motion for summary judgment hearing, at trial, and in her opinion, made clear that this was the first instance in which a gig economy company was going to have their model tested of their professional services agreements to determine whether or not their workforce was actually an independent contractor versus employee. Employers in the state of California who participate in the gig economy are going to have more clarity as to the fine line they need to walk in ensuring that they have a sufficient labor workforce to meet the needs of their customers during high demand periods. But, as with anything, when you're walking these fine lines, you want to ensure that you have adequate labor counsel to assist you in this regard.” For more, click here: http://bit.ly/2C3yyNa (2) New Parental Leave Plan Draws From Social Security - http://bit.ly/2Hpxumj Want paid parental leave? Tap into your Social Security. - Senator Marco Rubio and other congressional Republicans are drafting a bill based on a proposal from the conservative Independent Women’s Forum. Under IWF’s plan, new parents could take 12 weeks of paid leave in exchange for a 6-week delay in retirement age for Social Security benefits. Proponents of the plan note that this would not cost employers or the federal government. Opponents see it as a major cut to Social Security and argue that it would disproportionately harm women. For more, click here: http://bit.ly/2C1pqbV (3) DOL Warns Contractors of Coming Audits - http://bit.ly/2C2RTy2 Audits are coming for federal contractors - The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has issued Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters to 1,000 federal contractors. These letters notify the recipients that they should prepare for audits of their compliance with federal regulations that ensure equal employment opportunity and promote affirmative action. These letters are not formal audit notices, but rather advance notice that the company has been selected by the Federal Contractor Selection System for compliance review. The OFCCP has also announced a return to voluntary annual caps on audits, which were implemented under former President George W. Bush and removed during the Obama administration. For more, click here: http://bit.ly/2C4dlCX (4) NLRB Issues Request for Information on “Ambush Election” Rules - http://bit.ly/2BxeodE The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) has extended the deadline for providing feedback on changes made to rules for union representation elections in 2014, including the controversial "ambush election" rules. Late last year, the Board issued a formal Request for Information over the strong objection of two members, both Democrats. They see this as the predicate for an attempt to roll back the rule. Policy discussions like this one come as the cost of enforcing employment regulations takes center stage in Federal budget discussions. The president has proposed significant cuts to the DOL, the NLRB, and the EEOC, and all three agencies may need to make do with less in the near future. Critics have argued that the proposed cuts may be intended to limit the agencies’ ability to carry out their missions. Lindsey Graham Perfectly Outlines What World Democrats Are Living In Post-Shutdown

02:45
Please Help Me To 1,000,000 Sub : American Patriot : https://bit.ly/2yOF8Xi SUB TO BACKUP CHANNEL HERE : https://bit.ly/2DuahBo Lindsey Graham Perfectly Outlines What World Democrats Are Living In Post-Shutdown The shutdown ended without a border wall, but Sen. Lindsey Graham warned Democrats about what’s coming next. On Friday, President Donald Trump ended the government shutdown after 35 days, and there is still no border wall. But the shutdown doesn’t mean the discussion is over — Trump is still dedicated to his biggest campaign promise. In an interview with Fox News on Friday, Graham outlined what Democrats should expect from post-shutdown negotiations about border security. Graham explained that Trump is willing to make compromises that Democrats should be able to accept. n a bill that Democrats ultimately rejected, Trump offered added protections for DACA recipients among other concessions. In exchange, Trump would get the $5.7 billion border wall. “The bottom line is the TPS recipients who have been here for decades as a result of natural disasters, wars, they’re going to begin to lose their legal status this year. You have DACA folks who are in sort of legal limbo. The president is willing to give 1.1 million people a better life if he can get a secure border,” Graham said. That’s a huge compromise from Trump, who has previously railed against DACA. If Democrats cared about DACA recipients as much as they claim to, they would eagerly accept Trump’s compromise. “This is the first time in 12 years I’ve seen a deal where you secure your border and give a better life to the DACA/TPS population,” Graham continued. “If the Democrats do not work with us, the biggest losers, in my view, are gonna be the TPS/DACA recipients because this president will secure our border through executive action.” Graham predicts that Democrats will continue to reject Trump’s proposals, but that won’t stop the wall. Trump still has the option to declare a national emergency. “Come February the 15th, if the Democrats still say, ‘Go to hell on the wall,’ ‘You get a dollar, that’s it,’ they basically tell Trump, ‘I’m not going to do with you what I did with Bush and Obama,’ then I hope he will go the emergency route,” Graham said. Trump already made it perfectly clear on Friday that he’s willing to invoke emergency powers to build the wall. “If we don’t get a fair deal from congress, the government either shutdown on February 15th again or I will use the powers afforded to me under the laws, and the constitution of the United States, to address this emergency,” Trump said. Washington Examiner Tweeted. "So let me be very clear...If we don't get a fair deal from congress, the government either shutdown on February 15th again or I will use the powers afforded to me under the laws, and the constitution of the United States, to address this emergency." The shutdown is over, but the battle for the wall is just getting started. Copyright Disclaimer: Citation of articles and authors in this report does not imply ownership.
