Import Export In This Video We Learn How To Start An Import/Export Business.(2018) This is 8 steps to start your Import/Export Business No.1. Select Your Business Name and Set up a Website and Blog Without a website or blog, you can't have a networked import/export business. Get yourself a platform that allows you to develop a presence online and grow your business beyond your wildest imagination. No. 2. Pick a Product to Import or Export Market research is an essential step in the export process. With close to 200 countries in the world to export to, you want to make sure that you’re targeting the right ones. No. 3. Find the Right Market Wait! Before you shift into high gear, you must determine whether there really is a market for your product or service. No. 4. Source a Supplier Once you have a likely import or export product in mind, learn everything there is to know about it. If you were its creator, how would you improve it? Go to a manufacturer and suggest product improvements to turn a mediocre product into something slightly ahead of its time. Your suggestions might mean the difference between a Sony Walkman and an Apple iPod. No. 5. Price the Product The business model for an import/export business is based on two critical elements within the international sales operation. 1. Volume (number of units sold). 2. Commission on that volume. (The more you sell, the more you make.) No. 6. Find Customers you have done a good job with your blog or website, customers will find you. But don’t rely on it. You should also go hunting for customers! Check with local contacts, such as trade organizations, embassies and trade consulates. They generally have a good sense of who’s doing what in the international marketplace. Graphic Design Resources: https://goo.gl/kUXMpU How To Find Logo Design Ideas: Hello everyone, welcome back, many of you asked me, how to find logo design ideas, it was really a hard question to answer, because I can’t teach you creativity, but there is some methods that help you get creative and come up with great logo design concepts. So today, I am going to walk you through the process of designing a logo, but I will concentrate on the thinking behind the design part. Generating Logo Design Ideas: In order to generate great logo design ideas, you have to put in the time into the thinking behind the design, it’s a whole process, if you follow it, you will be in good position to come up with good ideas, that works as great solution for the client’s problem. Creative Brief: To start the thinking process, you have to collect every information needed of your client, and this can easily done by creating a creative brief, It’s a simple document you send to your client, that ask thoughtful questions about the client and his business, in order to gather specific information about the project, and to define your client’s expectations. Analyze brief, discover & research business competitors and target audience. Mindmapping: After sending the creative brief documentto the client, he will respond with the information needed. The company name is Royal Veggies Transport. The client wanted something elegant and classy, at the same time the logo needs to reflect the veggies aspect. To achieve that, we will use the logo’s main keywords to extract some unexpected ideas, that is what we call mind mapping. Mind mapping is the creation of a visual representation of the words related to the main topic, then finding other associations to these words, in order to generate creative logo ideas. Words Association: After The mind mapping phase, I make separated lists, each main word with its associations. then I take off the words that I find inconvenient to the project, then I make some combinations of three words, one word from each list, so I can get some unexpected ideas for the logo . Sketching Saul Bass said, Design is thinking made visual. So after all the thinking and the research process it’s time transform that into a visual. So, these are the combinations of the word that I extracted from the Mind Mapping and the word Associations. To attend the right solution for your logo, you have to execute all the combinations, then you filter them and the stronger survive. I will walk you through the execution of one combination, which is, Carrot, Crown, Wings. Putting in mind all the information that I collected before, I will start by sketching. It doesn’t require being precise when sketching, it’s only about capturing the essence of the idea. In fact, anyone can draw, as I showed you before in the mood board I collected some Images, I will use it as reference, if you don’t know how to draw a carrot, look at a photo of a carrot, and try to do the same thing with simpler form. There’s more to actionable trading ideas than just earnings season. Companies often report extraordinary projects well outside their mandated reporting period. And by doing so, they can give investors some timely tips on when to buy—or when to avoid, or even sell, their company’s shares. For instance, a company reporting a new, lavish headquarters building may look like a great investment. They’re clearly growing and need the space, justifying the multi-million (or even multi-billion) dollar investment. But that’s also a sign that a share price is going to lag—or drop entirely. Even great companies like Apple (AAPL) saw a lackluster trading period in their shares that lasted most of the time they were working on their new headquarters building. But for lesser companies, or even more cyclical ones, the decision to expand a headquarters tends to be made near the top—at a time when they should be looking at how to scale back or defend from a market decline, rather than overextend themselves for some swank office space (at shareholder expense). Other times, companies near a peak may decide the best way to grow is to simply buy up another company. While that may make sense, most mergers are sold as something that will move the bottom line far more than it actually does. And acquiring companies tend to overpay, leading to underperformance later. We just saw this happen with a $15 billion value write down at Kraft-Heinz, the food conglomerate that merged just a few years back. Companies that make certain announcements may as well be broadcasting to the investment community that their shares will underperform for a while— and possibly even cause a company to go bankrupt. World Top 10 Largest Oil and Gas Companies 10. Kuwait Petrol Corporation -- 3.2 million barrels per day -In 1934 the Kuwait Oil Company was created by the companies we know today as BP and Chevron. Over the next 40 years, exploration and development expanded the production potential of the Kuwaiti oilfields. In 1975, the Kuwait government took over the Kuwait Oil Company and by 1980 had nationalized the oil industry under the new Kuwait Petroleum Organization (KPO). 9. Chevron -- 3.5 million barrels per day -The discovery of oil in California in 1879 led to the creation of the Pacific Coast Oil Company (PCOC). Over the following decades, the PCOC joined other companies and experienced reorganization and several name changes. In 1984, now known as Standard Oil of California, the company merged with Gulf Oil in what was the biggest merger of that time. The following reorganization saw the company renamed Chevron Corporation. 8. Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) -- 3.6 million barrels per day -In the early 20th century, American and British oil companies were developing and refining petroleum in Mexico. The Mexican government saw the potential in such industry and moved quickly to support striking oil workers in 1938. Citing the Mexican Constitution, the government took over all foreign facilities and nationalized the oil industry. 7. Royal Dutch Shell -- 3.9 million barrels per day -One of the largest gas companies in the world, Royal Dutch Shell was created in 1907 by the merging of Royal Dutch Petroleum and the Shell Transport and Trading Company of Britain. Perhaps best known in North America for its gas stations, automotive oils and association with Formula One racing, Shell's oil and gas interests stretch across the globe. 6. BP -- 4.1 million barrels per day -British Petroleum's origins date back to 1909 with the start-up of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. Over the years the company changed names and expanded its drilling operations from the Middle East to Alaska and the North Sea. At one time, the company was the second largest oil company in the world. After the 2010 Deepwater Horizon spill, however, the company sold off a number of assets to help pay for the $4.5 billion in penalties, fines and legal fees. 5. PetroChina -- 4.4 million barrels per day -This Chinese state-controlled company is likely to move up this list quickly in the coming years. PetroChina is the largest Chinese oil and gas company. Founded in 1999, this company's annual revenue is reportedly $325 billion, although this figure will likely be much higher once recent market data is released. In worldwide development, PetroChina is involved in Africa, in Australia, where it signed a $50 billion contract for Australia natural gas, 4. ExxonMobil -- 5.3 million barrels per day -This company has its origins in John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company. When Rockefeller was forced to break up his company because of antitrust laws in 1911, two of the companies created were Jersey Standard and Socony. Over the years these two companies transformed into Exxon and Mobil, respectively. 3. National Iranian Oil Company -- 6.4 million barrels per day -The National Iranian Oil Company holds third place among the world's largest oil and gas producers. This company has its origins in the early 20th century when the British discovered and successfully began exploiting Iran's oil with the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. 2. Gazprom -- 9.7 million barrels per day -Officially known as Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom, Gazprom is the world's largest natural gas company. Created in 1989, a majority of the company is held by the Russian state while a small portion is privately owned. The company was able to grow significantly in the 1990s thanks to the fact that Gazprom's chairman was appointed Prime Minister of Russia. Don't be fooled by the 'mere' $150 billion annual revenue and $40 billion annual profits of this company. 1. Saudi Aramco -- 12 million+ barrels per day -Saudi Aramco is deservedly #1 on this list. This company generates over $1 billion a day in revenue, produces the most barrels per day of any company and is sitting on the largest proven reserves in the world. This company began with Standard Oil of California striking oil in Saudi Arabia in the 1930s. By 1944 the Arabian-American Oil Company (Aramco) was formed. American support for Israel in the 1970s led the Saudi Arabian government to push for a greater stake in the domestic oil industry. source-http://www.therichest.com/business/companies-business/the-10-largest-oil-and-gas-companies-in-the-world/ I, Sk Atar Ali hereby declare that all Images use to make this video is from Google Search www.google.com. Today we're sitting down with Max Wolff of Multivariate. Great to have you back. MAX WOLFF: Always my pleasure, thank you. JUSTINE UNDERHILL: So today we're going to be talking a little bit about the IPO market, and what a market it's been recently. Could you give us a little bit of background as to why you're saying that this is an IPO onslaught, and what are some of the major IPOs that you've been looking at? MAX WOLFF: Sure, so great questions-- let me take a step back to try to take two steps forward. So we've basically seen some developments in late-stage private companies over the last 10, 15 years even. They ebb and flow, but they've basically been the trends. And those trends are companies staying private a lot longer, becoming much larger in their private incarnations, and also in sort of an emerging asset class, where buying and selling the shares in pre-public or private companies has become a much bigger business, in part because the companies are bigger, in part because there are more people interested in getting access before the IPOs. And if nothing else, in part, just because, if you stayed private that long, you create problems for your employees, who are ultimately building the company. So I start working for you in the traditional sort of Silicon Valley dream story. I'm 22, 23, 24. My salary is mediocre, especially for the cost of living in places like San Francisco or New York, where-- not exclusively, but a lot-- these guys are based, these men and women are based. And so fast forward, my company's successful, it's seven, eight, nine years later. I'm still making $150,000 a year. And on paper, I'm worth $20 million. But I can't pay off my student loans. I can't really buy a house. I can't even rent the house I want. I can't have the vacation I want. Or quite frequently, sadly, I'm getting divorced, and we have one marital asset. And that marital asset is my nonpublic shares. And I want to find a way to get some liquidity for those, so lots of different reasons.

Contact Aiden and learn more at www.180lawco.com. Someone asked me recently when is the best time to trademark your business name or logo. The simple answer: As soon as possible! Really, in general, the sooner the better for filing a trademark for your business name or logo. I discussed in a previous video that you have some trademark rights under common law even if you never register it with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). But, having a registered trademark is infinitely better and it makes your trademark rights a lot stronger. So, even though you might have a common law trademark in something, its always better to actually register the trademark if you can. To register a trademark, you do have to be actively using whatever the trademark is in commerce. So, if your business is already established, i.e., you have a website or marketing materials using your business name or logo that you are trying to trademark, then you are actively using it in commerce and that will work in your favor when you try to get it registered. If you’re not quite there yet, for example, maybe all you have so far is a great logo, you can still file an application for the trademark. However it is an “intent to use” application… and it is exactly what it sounds like. It means that you are intending to use whatever the trademark is. So, that will buy you some time in being able to actively use that trademark in commerce, but still getting that protection if your trademark is ultimately registered. So, even if your business is not actively started yet, you can, in most cases, still file that intent to use application to get a head start on that trademark registration. So, simply put, the sooner you can file a trademark application, the better off you are. It basically gets you first in line in priority of using that trademark, assuming no one else has already used it. And if you are still getting your business started, you can file that intent to use application in order to get a little extra time for you to start using it actively in commerce. What is "Beta" [Stock Market Terms] + How to Use it for Trading Decisions ★ SUMMARY ★ In this week's episode what I'd like to do with you share with you What is Beta and How Can You Use Beta on the Stock Market Tables to make trading decisions or investing decisions for your personal portfolio. Knowing what Beta is First off before we even get into what is Beta more important question is why would you want to know this why? Why would you want to know what it's all about? Well the thing is, what beta really tells you, is it tells you the volatility of a certain stock or security. How big of those movement, how big not a direction but that how large those movements can be for a stock or security relative to a neutral level. What does all this mean in layman's terms or in simple terms? Applying Beta to your stock picks It means that if you're looking for a stable company, if you’re for looking for a stock that does not whipsaw around a lot, if you're looking for a stock that moves in a nice line fashion then you want a smaller beta. If you want a stock that moves around a lot quicker and has a higher potential to make you more money or has a higher potential to go to the upside quicker or go to the downside quicker, typically great for day trading as well, then you want a higher beta. An in-depth understanding of Beta in the stock market Let's look at beta in more in-depth. Basically, the stock market itself, the market itself has a beta of 1 so if we have the market as a beta of 1, this is how it moves. So let's just pretend that this angle in this volatility is one. Stocks that have a higher volatility will have a higher beta so they may have a beta of something like let's just say one point three and if you have a beta of 1.3, this means typically your 30% more volatile than the market. So that volatility maybe something more like this so that stock has a greater volatility as it's going up or down. Now for looking for lower betas, companies like Microsoft or proctor and Gamble, if you're looking for a beta of let's say 0.8, this would be 0.8%, that volatility might be something like this, it might be very small and it moves very slow. It very slow to the upside or the downside, so you’re little bit more stable and that's why when things are in a panic they sell off very big, people jump to the lower beta stocks, they jump to the ones that have more stability. On the other hand when things are going great they’ll jump into the higher beta names because that is what they want, they want a huge run to the upside they want the fastest stocks that are moving the quickest in the shortest amount of time. Value picks? 25 Nifty stocks trade at a discount to respective 10-year average P/Es Investors could look at cyclical names and refrain from adding metals as well as oil & gas stocks, suggest experts. Nifty50 rallied to a fresh record high of 11,856 in April but since then the momentum has fizzled out. The index is down about 3 percent from las month's high and it has also breached its crucial short-term moving averages at 5-days exponential moving average (EMA), 13, 20 and 50-days EMA in May. A large part of the fall can be attributed to selling seen in the largecap stocks and about 25 such companies, or 50 percent, of the Nifty50 constituents are trading below their respective 10-year PE averages. PE multiple, or price-to-earnings ratio, is a valuation metric which measures the current stock price relative to the company's earnings. It is also sometimes referred to as earnings multiple. As many as 25 companies in the Nifty50 basket are trading below their respective 10-year average earnings multiple. These include Eicher Motors, Hero MotoCorp, L&T, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, SBI, NTPC and Power Grid, according to a report by Motilal Oswal. RELATED NEWS Trade Setup for Monday: Top 15 things to know before Opening Bell 10 key factors that will keep traders busy this week Sensex, Nifty post biggest loss since October 2018; 20 stocks lost 10-20% in 5 days image (5) But does that make these stocks a buy? Investors could look at cyclical names and refrain from adding metals as well as oil & gas stocks, suggest experts. “No doubts above mentioned stocks are blue-chip and have a strong fundamental and dividend yield history. From long-term perspective, one could go for buying in the above scrips but with a pyramid type of strategy,” Sumeet Bagadia, Executive Director, Choice Broking told Moneycontrol. “Gradually, we are seeing good steam in a cyclical manner amongst the sectors, based on which the belonging scrips will outperform the index." Companies which are available at a discount suggest that there is room for upside. But, can they all be called value bets? The thumb rule does suggest that companies which are trading below their historical averages could be potential value bets, but other parameters should also be studied to make the investment call, suggest experts. “Each company has different investment thesis context and valuation is just one part of the equation in an overall investment framework. We like some of these names – Coal India and Power Grid,” Gautam Duggad, Head of Institutional Research, MOFSL told Moneycontrol. Companies which are trading at a significant discount to their historical averages include Tata Steel (-49%), ONGC (-42%), Coal India (-38%), Power Grid (-31%) and NTPC (-30%). "In the case of Tata Steel, it is worrying about global growth, but I would buy this stock at current prices as balance sheet de-leveraging is the theme Tata group across its holding has been doing. Coal India is a good dividend yield play while Sun Pharma will look at lower levels," AK Prabhakar, Head of Research at IDBI Capital Markets & Securities told Moneycontrol. Analysts advise investors to look at stocks which might be down due to external factors and the fall is not structural in nature. “Not all companies could be value picks. Metals and mining’s fortunes are driven by changes in global growth prospects and news around US-China trade tensions,” Naveen Kulkarni, Head of Research, Reliance Securities told Moneycontrol. “So, metals and mining sector we will continue to avoid. While it is worth looking at the pharmaceutical sector and there are good value picks in the sector. Similarly, PSUs are good dividend plays and can be considered post the elections,” he said. Investors should not avoid business fundamentals which are responsible for delivering consistent growth. Valuations at 19x FY20E EPS for the Nifty do not provide any material cushion. “We believe this is a year of consolidation and accumulation for pharma companies. The downside pain on earnings seems to be bottoming out. Realisation pressure & channel cartelisation in the US seems to be through. FY21 onwards, most of the pharma companies would be back on a double-digit growth trajectory,” Dharmesh Kant, Head-Retail Research, IndiaNivesh Securities Limited told Moneycontrol. “The benefits of repositioning in the domestic & overseas market will start trickling in. Aurobindo Pharma is our top pick from the segment. One can look at Cipla and DRL from an investment perspective as well,” he said. I'm Jake Merl, sitting down with Tony Nash, founder of Complete Intelligence. Tony, it's great to have you on the show for your very first Real Vision interview. TONY NASH: Thank you. JAKE MERL: So, as we've seen, this trade war has really heated up over the past few weeks or so. US stocks are taking it on the chin, Chinese stocks are falling, the yuan is weakening, global growth is slowing. And you're someone that spent a lot of time in Asia over the course of your career. You know the situation better than anyone else, or just as well as anyone else. So, what's your take on the current environment right now? TONY NASH: Sure. You know that we've been writing about the trade war for about a year and a half. And our view is, the US is definitely in a stronger position on the trade war. And we have a very large global database of world trade. And we do forecasts of world trade. And looking at how world trade has come together, we've done a lot of analysis around the types of products that China exports to the US and who's competitive with those products. The real issue right now is that five of the top 10 products that China exports to the US are also produced in Mexico, and they're among Mexico's top 10 exports to the US. You have other products like mobile phones. Mexico really isn't strong yet. But they're building that pretty quickly. So, the real issue that China has is they make manufactured goods largely. They don't export primary goods, like agriculture goods to the US. So, there's a lot of competition for manufactured goods. Of the rest of those goods, say three or four their top 10 exports to the US, they're things like suitcases and chairs, very low-level manufactured goods that can be made in Vietnam or Bangladesh or other places. So, there's an assumption from developed markets and investors that China has some competitive advantage with their manufacturing. And the fact is they don't.

I'm Jake Merl, sitting down with John Jannarone, editor in chief of IPO Edge. John, good to have you back on the show. Thanks, Jake. So we were just talking about Lyft and its recent IPO and how investors are in for a wild ride, but today we're going to shift gears a little bit and talk about a different section of the IPO market, which are SPACs, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. So John, what's a SPAC? Why are they important? Could you talk a little bit more about them? Sure, Jake. So SPACs have actually been around since the mid '90s. The way they work-- they're also called blank check companies. Basically, a sponsor raises money, and they don't identify a target immediately. They go out and find one, and then shareholders either vote for it or against it. They usually price at $10 a share. Now even if there's a target, and it gets supported, you don't have to own it, so you can redeem and get your $10 back. So the nice thing about them is you can get your money back if you don't like the target. So how does it work exactly? You invest in a company, but you don't have any downside risk. How does that work? Well, I mean there is downside risk, if the company is bought, and it doesn't perform well. So these can break, just like any IPO. But the idea is that you can redeem and get out of it. An interesting fact, I think, about these is that in the bubble, the housing crisis, so '06, '07, these were immensely popular. And they peaked-- they've actually hit a new peak, but what happened then is they were really a sign of froth in the market, because they're blank checks. So for a few years, they almost went away. I mean, they were very, very dormant. There was almost no fundraising, so some deals got done. But in the last few years, they've come back very, very strongly. And believe it or not, excluding Lyft, more than half of the IPO fundraising so far in 2019 is from SPACs. So why are these SPACs making a comeback, John? Well, I think what's happened is a lot of people out there who have considered other paths to going public or to selling a company have considered SPACs. So a lot of private equity has gotten very involved in them, so Chuck E Cheese just announced yesterday, and that's an Apollo company. Blackstone's done one. All the private equity guys are looking at them, and what happens a lot is the private equity owners don't get out. They stick around, so that's important for two reasons.

In 1608 Mughal authorities allowed the English East India Company to establish a small trading settlement at Surat (now in the state of Gujarat), and this became the company's first headquarters town. It was followed in 1611 by a permanent factory at Machilipatnam on the Coromandel Coast, and in 1612 the company joined other already established European trading companies in Bengal in trade. However, following the decline of power the Mughal Empire in 1707 by the hands of the Marathas and later due to invasion from Persia(1739) and Afghanistan(1761) and after the East India Company's victory at the Battle of Plassey in 1757 and Battle of Buxar, both in Bengal 1764 and the abolishment of local rule (Nizamat) in Bengal in 1793, the Company gradually began to formally expand its territories across India. By the mid-19th century, and after the three Anglo-Maratha Wars the East India Company had become the paramount political and military power in South Asia, its territory held in trust for the British Crown. Company rule in Bengal from 1793, however, ended with the Government of India Act 1858 following the events of the Bengal Rebellion of 1857. From then known as British India, it was thereafter directly ruled by the British Crown as a colonial possession of the United Kingdom, and India was officially known after 1876 as the Indian Empire. India was divided into British India, regions that were directly administered by the British, with Acts established and passed in British Parliament, and the Princely States, that were ruled by local rulers of different ethnic backgrounds. These rulers were allowed a measure of internal autonomy in exchange for British suzerainty. British India constituted a significant portion of India both in area and population; in 1910, for example, it covered approximately 54% of the area and included over 77% of the population. In addition, there were Portuguese and French exclaves in India. Independence from British rule was achieved in 1947 with the formation of two nations, the Dominions of India and Pakistan, the latter also including East Bengal, present-day Bangladesh. The term British India also applied to Burma for a shorter time period: starting in 1824, a small part of Burma, and by 1886, almost two thirds of Burma had come under British India. This arrangement lasted until 1937, when Burma commenced being administered as a separate British colony. British India did not apply to other countries in the region, such as Sri Lanka (then Ceylon), which was a British Crown colony, or the Maldive Islands, which were a British protectorate. At its greatest extent, in the early 20th-century, the territory of British India extended as far as the frontiers of Persia in the west; Afghanistan in the northwest; Nepal in the north, Tibet in the northeast; and China, French Indo-China and Siam in the east. It also included the Aden in the Arabian Peninsula. The British Empire comprised the dominions, colonies, protectorates, mandates and other territories ruled or administered by the United Kingdom and its predecessor states. It originated with the overseas possessions and trading posts established by England between the late 16th and early 18th centuries. At its height, it was the largest empire in history and, for over a century, was the foremost global power. By 1913, the British Empire held sway over 412 million people, 23% of the world population at the time, and by 1920, it covered 35,500,000 km2 (13,700,000 sq mi), 24% of the Earth's total land area. As a result, its political, legal, linguistic and cultural legacy is widespread. At the peak of its power, the phrase "the empire on which the sun never sets" was often used to describe the British Empire, because its expanse around the globe meant that the sun was always shining on at least one of its territories. 4 Reasons why Britain conquered the World Music by - BENSOUND
