Here is a quick tutorial to setup your Exchange Email account on your Android phone. Hello and welcome to the Braintek video tutorials. My name is Greg, owner of Braintek. Today, I’m going to show you how to add your exchange email onto your Android phone. So here, I’ve got a Samsung device. We’re going to go over here to ‘Apps.’ Look for ‘Email’ on the list. And if you don’t have an account, it’ll bring you right up to here. So we can just go ahead and add our Exchange account. Go ahead and type in your email address. Type in your password. Click ‘Next.’ Here, we’re going to choose a type. We’re going to choose ‘Microsoft Exchange.’ It’s going to look for some settings and if it can’t find it, we’re going to have to populate some additional settings here. We’re just going to wait and see how this looks. Security warning. So, the site name doesn’t match. That’s okay. We’re going to click ‘Continue.’ Unable to set up the account. So that means we just need to add some additional settings, so make sure that you have these settings ahead of time. So you’re going to need your Domain – this is going to be the network domain that you would use at your office. You need to know the server address – this would be the outside address. That’s the only two settings we’re going to change here. We’re going to leave everything else. If everything is correct, it should continue. So it says “Remote security.” If your server has this then that’s okay, click ‘Okay.’ Here, it’s going to ask us for some settings on how long we want to sync – so we can do 3 days – push-push is all fine, what it’s going to retrieve, how often it’s going to sync your calendar, do you want it to sync your email contacts, calendar, tasks, sync text messages. So I’m just going to leave all of the defaults here. We’re going to click ‘Next.’ Here it’s says the server is going to have some abilities. You can review that. We’re just going to click ‘Activate.’ Here, we’re going to give it some kind of name so if you’ve got multiple email accounts, you can decide which way you’d like it to be set. We’re going to click ‘Done.’ Here, it brings us to the mail box so we’ll just go ahead and compose a new message. We’re just going to send it to ourselves. We’re going to send it. And there it is. Our test message just came in that we just sent to ourselves. Sent from this Galaxy S5. I’d like to thank you for watching the Braintek video tutorials. Please check out our other videos on the Braintek channel and have a great day!

Find out how to set up your GoDaddy Office 365 email account in the native mail app for Android. Learn how you get more from Microsoft Office 365 from GoDaddy by visiting https://www.godaddy.com/business/office-365?cvosrc=video.youtube_organic.us_how-to&cvo_creative=_2HR1SinWHMisc=ythowto. Put your Android device to work for you. Welcome to “Set up your GoDaddy Office 365 email on the Android native email app.” The native mail app is the standard email application that came with your Android smartphone. It’s important to note that there are many different versions of the Android operating system, and a variety of device manufacturers. This video shows the base operating system released by Google and a popular Android mobile phone. It’s okay if you’re not using this version of Android, or if you’re not sure what version you have; just be aware that some of the fields and button names on your smartphone may vary slightly from what this video shows. Let’s get started. On your home screen, tap Settings. On the Settings screen, locate Accounts and tap it, and then tap Add account. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. If you don’t see it, tap Corporate. Enter your GoDaddy Office 365 email address and password, and then tap Next. You may see Manual Setup or some other label instead of Next. If you see a field labeled Domain\Username [domain slash username], enter your full Office 365 email address. If you see separate fields for Domain and Username, enter your full email address in the Username field and leave the Domain field blank. If you see a Server field, enter outlook.office365.com. Tap Next. To complete the auto-configuration process, tap Ok. On the Account Options screen, select the sync periods and other options. Longer sync periods will show you more calendar information and email, but will require more memory. When you have finished selecting options, tap Next. Your new Office 365 email account displays on the Accounts screen. To view the account details, tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. By default, the name of your account is your email address. You can tap to change it or leave it as is. That’s it! Now you can access your GoDaddy Office 365 email using the native email app on your Android smartphone! If you need further assistance setting up or accessing your email, please contact GoDaddy Support at 480-463-8838. It’s free and agents are available 24/7.

Hello Guys, thanks for stopping by my channel. This video tutorial shows you how to add your Office 365 exchange email account in the Gmail app. The device I used in this tutorial was a Nexus device running Android Lollipop (5.1.1) The only devices that support Exchange in the Gmail app "out of the box" are the Nexus devices running Android L. However, there is a work around. You can go do this website http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/exchange-services/exchange-services-6-5-1520254-android-apk-download/ on your phone and install the Android APK that allows Exchange to work in the Gmail App. After installing the Exchange APK you will need to reboot your phone. After the reboot you should be able to add an Exchange Account in your Gmail App. I verified that this worked on my One Plus One device. Please leave a comment below if this video helped.
