*The first few seconds shows what ports I opened up when installing Golem* Watch as I open Golem 0.6.0 and create a task. It took about 1.5 hours to render this planet while connected with 5 nodes on the network. Golem is a global, open sourced, decentralized supercomputer that anyone can access. It's made up of the combined power of user's machines, from personal laptops to entire data-centers. Anyone will be able to use Golem to compute (almost) any program you can think of, from rendering to research to running websites, in a completely decentralized & inexpensive way. The Golem Network is a decentralized sharing economy of computing power, where anyone can make money 'renting' out their computing power or developing & selling software. I was looking for some cheap altcoins and in doing so, I broke one of my biggest rules: cryptos with anonymous founders. Check out my thoughts on Verge, DigiBytes, and see what happens when I try and use the Brave browser. Never fear... BAT is still cheap. Scoop it up today. Again, however: I am not an expert. Make your own decisions. By the way, have you looked into Golem? You really should. Intro music by Audiobinger. Visit www.audiobinger.com -- licensed under Creative Commons.
